Are the prices final?
“From” prices are indicative and include VAT. The final price depends on size, motif, engraving and quantity — the exact amount and lead time are in our quote.
How far in advance should we order?
Items in stock (paintings, small kilims, rakija, wine, books) can be ready in a few days. Made-to-order pieces take from 10 days up to 3–4 months (concert gusle, large kilims) — for delegations, plan at least a month ahead.
Can you add a coat of arms, logo or dedication?
Yes. We engrave the box, a plaque or the item itself (wood, metal, glass). For instruments and icons, the motif and dedication are agreed before production.
How do we pay?
We send companies and institutions a pro-forma invoice and issue an invoice. Payment terms by agreement: in advance or deferred; made-to-order pieces require an advance payment.
Do you ship abroad?
We primarily deliver within Serbia (hand-over in Belgrade to an address, hotel or embassy). Shipping abroad is arranged case by case; for alcohol, the importing country's rules apply.
