Withdrawal from purchase (returns)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send your withdrawal statement to serbiaart.office@gmail.com and return the goods undamaged to Milutina Milankovića 7Đ, 11070 Novi Beograd. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We will refund your money no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.

Complaints

If a product arrived damaged or does not match your order, contact us at serbiaart.office@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We respond to complaints within 8 days at the latest and resolve them within the statutory deadline.

We recommend inspecting the parcel when you receive it and reporting any damage to the packaging to the courier immediately.
