Frequently asked questions

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the courier in cash when you receive the parcel. All prices on the site are in Serbian dinars (RSD), including VAT.

How much does delivery cost?

Express delivery anywhere in Serbia costs 349 RSD and is free for orders over 5.000 RSD.

Can I return a souvenir?

Yes. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason.

Do you sell wholesale souvenirs?

Yes. Since 2010 we have supplied souvenir shops, hotels and tourist organisations. Send a wholesale request and you will receive a price list excluding VAT, with an extra 30% discount on orders over 20 pcs per item.

Do you make souvenirs with a company logo?

Yes. Through our manufacturers in China we produce mugs, beer mugs, figurines, bags, caps and packaging with your logo — from sample to delivery in Serbia.
